Hook and Bullet Sunglasses Warranty
1. Can I send photos of my sunglasses in order to determine warranty coverage?
We'd be more than happy to see if your sunglasses are covered under warranty. However, we are not able to do so from photos. We'll need to physically inspect them at our repair office to determine coverage. Please note, if your sunglasses are found to be outside of warranty after inspection, our repair team will give you a call to discuss their findings and to have any repair charges approved. 2. Does my warranty renew when sunglass parts are replaced?
When new parts are purchased through our repair department, the lifetime warranty will renew on those parts. If your repairs are covered under warranty or completed at no charge, the warranty coverage would continue from your original date of purchase. If your sunglasses are replaced with a new pair of sunglasses, the lifetime warranty will be in effect.

3. How do I exchange my recent purchase made on your website for a different style/color?
We do not offer an exchange policy. However, you can return your purchase made on our website for a refund within 30 days then purchase a new color/style. You can start the return process here: Return Page.
4. What is Hook and Bullet's return policy?
If you need to return a recent purchase made on our site, you can visit our Return Page to start the process. Once we receive your items at our office, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your bank statement (this depends on how your bank/credit card company has their credit schedule set). If you made your purchase with a VIP card or Gift card, a new one will be sent to you via email at that time.
5. What is hook and bullet's return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return your merchandise purchased from the Hook and Bullet website for a refund minus shipping charges within 30 days of your purchase. All returns must be in the original case and/or packaging and in perfect resalable condition for credit.
