THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME

Our venture into aviator style glasses is an added direction for Hook and Bullet. A new Horizon I guess you might say. The Horizon is a very traditional tear drop style aviator available in two sizes. This style was originally designed back in 1935 by the U.S. Army Air Corps and intended to be worn by pilots under their headgear. These days they are worn as much for fashion as they are for function. We hope to change that by offering all 12 of our PBO lenses in our aviator frames.
